Watson Land has told Carson Council members to obey or they will never win an election in Carson again.
I guess they put the people in office to do their dirty work, what do you think they want Jim Dear in the clerk’s office for?

Watson Land Co. has approximately 3800 warehouses in Carson YET, they pay NO WAREHOUSE taxes like in other cities that have warehouses. Bet you can’t guess who as Mayor kept Watson Land Co. from paying taxes??? Here is a guess, look at the Forms 460’s in the City Clerk’s Office and see just who has been contributing the most to Mayor Jim Dear’s re-election campaigns!!! Watson Land Co. “OF COURSE”!!!
You see, here in Carson Big Business buys the Mayor’s vote as they know that the mayor in Carson has a majority vote which tells Watson Land Co. that if they buy Jim Dear’s vote, they can have anything they want in Carson including paying NO TAXES on their warehouses. Nice huh?
