Albert Robles

Carson Mayor
Albert Robles
(was first appointed as Mayor, appointing seems to be a tradition in Carson, 4 of our 7 elected officials were first appointed to the positions they now hold).
Phone: (310) 952-1700 | Email: arobles@carson.ca.us

Albert Robles is guilty of holding two incompatible offices and refused to follow the rule of law, he robbed the residents of many things the most recent being our form of government.

The Court of Appeals reinstated Albert Robles appeal and has granted several more extensions the most recent is 30 days to file the appellant’s reply brief due on August 9, 2019.

Unanimous vote of Carson City Council to silence the TRUTH
Sent out on April 29, 2018
The City of Carson attempted to silence the truth by serving me with a Cease and Desist

Conducting illegal council meeting to illegally appoint Jawane Hilton is just one of the many things Albert Robles has done that robs the residents of their rights. Below are excerpts from a meeting where in Carson 3 votes are needed to appoint someone to the city council. City Attorney Sanaz Sunny Soltani allowing the meeting to continue even though they did not have a quorum. In the video below you will hear her tell council they

should have 3 votes and Albert Robles citing a case that has nothing to do with 3 votes. Because the appointment requires 3 votes Jawane Hilton should have waited to take his elected seat and a special election should have been held to fill the vacant seat, Carson residents would have decided not the corporations.

Attached below is Hamilton v. Town of Los Gatos that Albert Robles presented to move forward.   Also attached is an email from Sunny to Jim Dear and Jim Dear’s Attorney to the city.

Hamilton v. Town of Los Gatos
(1989) 213 Cal.App.3d 1050
The issue is whether California Government Code section 87100 fn. 1 precludes a city council member from obtaining a tape recording of a closed session of the town council and its attorney, when that council member was voluntarily absent from the closed session because he had a financial conflict of interest in the subject discussed during the closed session. Nothing to do with appointing council with 2 votes.

Now that we know, Albert Robles is willing to present fraudulent evidence at council meetings it’s not a far stretch to think while living in Los Angeles he was brought to Carson to do the dirty deeds of the corporations. His first order of business to make sure we lose the protection of a moratorium. Stepping in as mayor long enough to accomplish several projects Jim Dear was unable to deliver. The list goes on and on of the things Albert Robles is responsible for here in Carson: Robbing us of the protection of a moratorium on oil drilling, new oil wells, the largest refinery in the Western United States being in Carson, making Carson responsible for the Cal Compact site and contamination, forcing the charter to pass so they can build contaminated land without containing the contamination…

Jim Dear regarding Robles residency

While claiming to be a great attorney Albert Robles called for a moratorium on oil drilling knowing, he did not have the votes. Knowing Carson would lose the right forever to place a moratorium on drilling, re-drilling or deepening of any rout or existing wells in the city of Carson.

Union member/Jobs for Carson & Oxy representative celebrating the passing of the 45 day moratorium.  I guess they forgot they were against it!

We were told by the District Attorney’s office when investigating a complaint of the union unlawfully detaining Albert Robles, Robles refused to cooperate. We were not only robbed our rights, we lost our voice the day the of the moratorium public hearing. If he were serious about protecting the city and residents of Carson, he passed up the chance.Albert Robles Unlawful Detainment
