Stand with us as we call for an emergency item to be placed on the agenda to include a ban on oil drilling in the city’s Oil and Gas Code. This will address all oil drilling, not just fracking in the City of Carson.
Short of running every last oil rig out of Carson–some of which have been in business since before the city was incorporated–you’re not going to ban all drilling in Carson. Maybe after those wells are dry, you can ban the drilling of new ones.
