December 7, 2015 at 8:00 a.m., Carson Connected submitted a formal request for an appeal of all votes taken by the planning commission in regards to the oil & gas code.

That looks good. I thought at the last Planning Commision meeting they all stated they were sworn in. I’m pretty sure I heard them say that. Anyway, I’m all for the appeal.

They were sworn in only before that meeting, that doesn’t cont for the last 6 months of meetings, hearings, and decisions made.
